Pick a marketplace in the composer above — the renderer fits the right aspect ratio, duration cap, and resolution. Etsy gets a silent track automatically; Amazon main-image videos get the white background and 80% safe-frame margin per seller policy.

How it works

From product photo to listing video in four steps

Most sellers publish their first listing video in under two minutes. Here’s what happens behind the composer.

4 steps · ~60 seconds
01
Upload

Upload your product photo

Drop the same hero image you use on your listing. The AI extracts the product silhouette, holds your packaging accurate, and locks the brand colors so the video matches the still.

02
Direct

Direct the shot

Pick from six shot frameworks — hero, 360 spin, lifestyle, unboxing, detail close-up, or use-case demo — or write your own one-liner. The AI scripts camera moves, lighting, and pacing around it.

03
Render

Render to marketplace spec

Choose Amazon, Shopify, TikTok Shop, Etsy, or a standalone site. The renderer outputs the right aspect ratio, duration, and resolution — silent for Etsy, voice-over capable for the rest.

04
Publish

Publish to your listing

Download MP4 or push directly to Shopify and TikTok Shop. Marketplaces typically index new listing videos within 24 hours; sellers report 18–34% lift in conversion vs photo-only listings.

Who it’s for

Built for teams that ship listings every week

Whether you’re a one-person Etsy shop or an agency managing 30 brand stores, the workflow is the same: upload, direct, render, publish.

DTC brand

DTC brands — match every PDP with motion

Generate a 1:1 hero loop, a 9:16 mobile clip, and a 16:9 site-banner cut from the same product photo. Drop into Shopify product pages, lift average time-on-page, and reuse the same assets for paid social. One photo, three placements, zero shoot.

Amazon seller

Amazon sellers — main image video that meets policy

Render to Amazon’s main-image video specs: 16:9 or 1:1, white background, 80% safe-frame, no text overlays in the first frame. Sellers using main-image video typically see 9–17% conversion lift over photos alone — and ZNIX.ai outputs the policy-clean version automatically.

Etsy / hand-made

Etsy & hand-made — silent, square, soulful

Etsy listing videos must be silent and 5–15 seconds. We auto-strip audio and cap duration. Use the lifestyle or detail close-up shot frameworks to show craft on a single hand-made piece without needing a videographer.

Agency / studio

Agencies & studios — 30 listings, one afternoon

Batch-process a client’s entire catalog from product photos. Brand-color-lock keeps every video on-brand. Export per-marketplace bundles ready to upload — replacing a $300–800 per-product video shoot with a sub-dollar render.

Six AI video engines, picked for product fidelity

Field guide

Six rules from sellers who ship listings every week

Direct, tested advice for getting AI product videos that actually convert — not just videos that look good in a portfolio.

01

Match the still — the video must be obviously the same product

The video has to look like a moving version of your hero photo. Same packaging, same colors, same proportions. If a buyer can’t match the video to the still in two seconds, trust collapses and the listing underperforms. Always upload your real product image; never let the model generate the product from scratch.

02

Keep the product in frame at least 80% of the time

Lifestyle shots that hide the product for two seconds to "build mood" lose buyers on small mobile thumbnails. The product should be visible and recognizable from second one. Reserve atmosphere for the first 0.5 seconds, then lock the product on screen.

03

Render silent first — add voice-over only if it earns its place

85% of marketplace video plays are muted. A mediocre voice-over is worse than none. Etsy bans audio entirely. Render the silent version first, judge it on its own, then layer voice-over only when there’s a specific claim or instruction the visual can’t carry.

04

Use white background for Amazon main-image, beige or wood for Shopify

Amazon’s main-image video policy requires a pure white background. Shopify and DTC sites convert best with warm, lived-in tones (beige, light wood, warm gray) that read on a desktop hero or in a feed without feeling clinical. The same product needs two different backgrounds for two different placements.

05

Keep the first frame poster-worthy

Most marketplaces use the first frame as the video poster image until the buyer presses play. If your first frame is empty, dark, or out of focus, the click-through to play stays under 5%. Render so the first frame is a fully-composed product shot, not a fade-in or motion blur.

06

Don’t fake claims the product can’t back up

AI can render anything. That’s the trap. If your kettle boils in 90 seconds, don’t render it boiling in 5. If your fabric is matte, don’t let the AI add gloss. Marketplaces issue refunds and account warnings when the video misrepresents the physical product. Stay literal — the AI handles motion, you stay accountable for facts.
